NINA RICHARDSON JOINS ZAYO’S BOARD OF DIRECTORS
Former GoPro executive to provide operational and financial expertise
BOULDER, Colo. – November 3, 2015 – Zayo Group Holdings, Inc. (NYSE: ZAYO) today announced that Nina Richardson was elected to the company’s Board of Directors. The appointment is effective immediately. Richardson will serve on the audit committee of the board.

Richardson served as the chief operating officer at GoPro, with responsibility for engineering, operations, sales, sales operations, customer support, quality, human resources, IT and workplace services. During her tenure, she was instrumental in scaling leadership and processes as GoPro rapidly grew revenue and profits and executed its initial public offering.
Prior to GoPro, Richardson held a variety of executive positions at Flextronics, a global electronics manufacturing services provider, where she had P&L responsibility for a $1B+ operation. She has also provided operations expertise and interim operations management as an independent consultant for a variety of companies including Tesla Motors, TouchTunes Interactive Networks, Solaria, and UltraCell.
Richardson began her career at Hughes Aircraft, Ground Systems Group. She holds a B.S. in industrial engineering from Purdue University and an executive MBA from Pepperdine University.
