Company’s Network Function Virtualization (NFV) Offering Continues to Impress Industry
Dallas — November 23, 2015 — Masergy Communications Inc., today announced that its Cloud f(n) Router has been honored as a Gold winner in the 7th Annual 2015 Golden Bridge Awards in the Virtualization Innovations category. The latest accolade underscores the solution’s ability to reduce complexity and costs through an innovative service delivery model.
Masergy, a global leader in hybrid networking, managed security and cloud communications services, is also the recipient of the 2015 Stratus Award, TMC 2015 INTERNET TELEPHONY TMC Labs Innovation Award, and 2015 INTERNET TELEPHONY NFV Pioneer Award for the Cloud f(n) Router, which continues to raise the bar on network virtualization.
The Golden Bridge Award recognition involved the participation of more than 40 judges from a broad spectrum of industries around the world and their scores determined the 2015 winners.
The judges praised Masergy’s innovation for providing customers with a lower-cost option for a fully managed router as well as reducing not only the hardware and software licenses associated with on premise equipment but also the personnel needed to manage it.

The Cloud f(n) Router is offered in Standard and Advanced service levels with a Business Continuity/Disaster Recovery option available for the Advanced service. Both services support bandwidths of up to 100 Mbps. Customers can use both the Cloud f(n) Router and on-premise Managed Router solutions to optimize cost and performance by location and application environment.
