New certification brings more unified communications choices with fewer barriers to entry

By completing compliance testing with ShoreTel version 14.2, Bandwidth emerges as another option for users to benefit from unified collaboration services over a single connection, allowing for easier use and management. Bandwidth also becomes a member of the ShoreTel Innovation Network, which provides market and innovation leaders with the opportunity to develop, validate, and document their products’ interoperability with ShoreTel UC solutions.
Bandwidth’s SIP Trunking solutions provide seamless access to SIP through its own Tier 1 network, allowing managed service providers (MSPs) to expand their reach when adding new users. This gives MSPs new options to integrate their UC services with fewer barriers to entry, complete with Bandwidth’s high-touch support and faster integration. The end result is a more agile and streamlined offering, allowing companies to incorporate leading collaboration technologies effectively within their existing infrastructure.
