Bandwidth Interoperable With BroadCloud To Power Cloud-based Unified Communications

Managed Service Providers benefit from largest coverage area of any North American certified provider

Raleigh, North Carolina – (PRWEB) – October 26, 2015 – Bandwidth, one of the nation’s leading communications companies, announced that it has successfully completed interoperability testing with BroadCloud®, BroadSoft’s fully-managed hosted service, that will enable Bandwidth’s Managed Service Provider (MSP) customers to have a faster time-to-market for delivering comprehensive UC services to their business customers. The announcement was made from BroadSoft Connections 2015, Broadsoft’s annual user conference, taking place this week in Phoenix, Arizona.

Bandwidth helps MSPs fully leverage the economic and integration benefits the cloud provides, while offering a comprehensive network of nationwide number access. By selecting Bandwidth’s API-based communications services to power their BroadCloud implementations, MSPs now have the ability to competitively integrate their UC services with fewer barriers to entry. Service providers that choose Bandwidth as their provider will also receive Bandwidth’s high-touch support and faster carrier integration. The end result is a more agile and easily integrated carrier offering, allowing MSPs to competitively implement UC services.

“Bandwidth shares our commitment to bringing innovative solutions to market that enable individuals and teams to create, collaborate and be productive in ways never before imagined,” said Taher Behbehani, CMO, BroadSoft. “We are thrilled that Bandwidth has chosen to make this announcement at Connections, and to join us as we collectively define the future of work.”

“The cloud is the undisputed future of unified communications, but only when the underlying technology is integrated and managed effectively for MSPs to take full advantage of its benefits,” said Steve Leonard, EVP and General Manager at Bandwidth. “Our mission is to make cloud-based UC as seamless and agile as possible. Through this certification, we’re proud to present service providers another option in their BroadCloud implementations. We’re looking forward to making cloud-based UC the new standard across organizations.”
