Star Wars Fans: Sprint Sells BB-8 App-Enabled Droid

Starting today you can visit your local Sprint Store1, Sprint Store at RadioShack or purchase on, and take home your very own BB-8™ App-Enabled Droid™, which mirrors the authentic look and personality of the BB-8 character, as seen in the film’s trailer, for $149.99 plus tax. Sprint is the only wireless provider to offer the BB-8 nationwide.

The high-tech Droid, developed by leading app-connected entertainment robot manufacturer Sphero, is Bluetooth®-enabled and can be controlled by smartphones and tablets.
