PETALUMA, CA – AUGUST 3, 2015 – Calix, Inc. (NYSE:CALX, news, filings) today announced that Suzanne Tom has joined the company as vice president and general counsel, effective August 3, 2015. A seasoned tech sector veteran, Suzanne brings a wealth of experience to Calix.
Prior to joining Calix, Suzanne was vice president, corporate legal and compliance at VeriFone Systems, Inc. Previously, she held a number of legal and corporate roles at the law firm of Latham & Watkins, ONI Systems, Turnstone Systems, and Ernst & Young LLP, and served as a law clerk to Judge Ronald M. Whyte of the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of California.
Suzanne has a JD from UC Hastings College of the Law, a BS in Business Administration from UC Berkeley and qualified as a CPA with Ernst & Young.
