Direct 2 You is now available in 20 metro areas, including:

  • Orlando metro area – Orlando, St. Cloud, Kissimmee
  • St. Louis metro area – St. Louis, Mo.; Chesterfield, Mo.; O’Fallon, Mo.; St. Charles, Mo.; St. Louis, Ill.; Belleville, Ill.
  • Minneapolis metro area – Minneapolis, St. Paul
  • Phoenix metro area – Phoenix, Glendale, Scottsdale, Tempe, Mesa, Chandler, Gilbert, Peoria, Surprise
  • San Antonio metro area – San Antonio, New Braunfels
  • Seattle metro area – Seattle, Tacoma, Bellevue, Everett, Kent, Renton

Starting today through the end of the year, Sprint is thanking customers by offering two special promotions. Each customer who completes a Direct 2 You appointment will receive a special gift, ranging from Motorola Buds Stereo Bluetooth® headphones and a Harman Kardon Onyx Studio speaker to a trip for two on a Caribbean Cruise or a trip to the Big Game in February. Gifts will be randomly distributedii. Every Direct 2 You customer is also automatically entered for a chance to win $250,000 if they post a picture of themselves with their D2Y expert to Twitter or Instagram and include the hashtags #Direct2You and #Sweepstakesiii.

In addition to setting up the phone to meet the customer’s specific preferences, the expert transfers all content, including contacts, pictures, games and apps, to ensure the device is ready to go. The expert also provides personalized training and tips to help the customer become familiar with using the mobile device.

With today’s expansion, the service is now available in 20 major metropolitan areas across the country, including Minneapolis/St. Paul, Orlando, Phoenix, St. Louis, San Antonio, Seattle Atlanta, Boston, Philadelphia, Houston, Chicago, Dallas, Denver, Kansas City, Los Angeles, Miami, New York, San Francisco, Tampa, Washington, D.C., and surrounding areas.
