ANNOUNCEMENT – CUSTOMER SUPPORT CENTER HOURS OF OPERATION CHANGE NOTICE –

Effective August 3rd, 2015, hours of operation for the following Customer Support Centers will change:

• Long distance and international call service (Ichiban Talk), and Dokodemo Talk service: 1-888-533-4649
• Internet service: 1-888-533-2477

The new operating hours will be: 9:00am ~ 5:00pm ET (Mon – Fri, excluding holidays)

* Operating hours until 7/31/2015: 9:00am ~ 8:00pm ET (Mon – Fri, excluding holidays)
