(NYSE:CTL, news, filings) today announced that some Portland residents and businesses can now subscribe to Prism™ TV, an interactive TV service delivered through CenturyLink’s nationwide fiber optic network. Prism™ TV is an alternative to cable and satellite services and provides customers with the latest in entertainment technology.
In 2014, CenturyLink deployed fiber-enabled 1 gigabit broadband service to residential and business customers in Portland and is now making additional investments to offer Prism™ TV service.
