KEARNEY, Neb.–(BUSINESS WIRE)– Frontier Communications (NYSE:FTR, news, filings) has appointed Shayne Zwiener as General Manager for its Nebraskamarket. Zwiener will oversee field operations, sales and community relations, as well as every aspect of the customer experience.

Zwiener has more than 27 years of telecommunications experience. He attended the University of Nebraska in Kearney where he received a Bachelor’s degree in Advertising with a minor in Telecommunications.
