Sprint’s Wichita Network Jointly Awarded #1 Ranking for Call and Text Performance

Network improves daily making it a great time to switch to Sprint

WICHITA, Kan. (BUSINESS WIRE), March 27, 2015 – Sprint today announced that its Wichita network shares a first-place ranking for call and text performance according to a new RootScore®Report by independent mobile analytics firm RootMetrics®.

Following a multi-year overhaul, the Sprint network now provides significantly better call quality and faster data speeds in more places than before. Additionally, according to RootMetrics, metroresults for second half 2014 show Sprint with the most improved network and highest net gain in first-place or shared first-place RootScore and network award wins in Overall Performance, Reliability, Call and Text.1

In Wichita, Sprint’s median download speed performed five times faster since RootMetrics conducted its previous test five months ago. As for call performance, Sprint did not record any blocked or dropped calls during the most recent test.
