Changes in Organizational Responsibilities

TOKYO, JAPAN – NTT Communications Corporation (NTT Com), the ICT solutions and international communications business within the NTT (NYSE:NTT, news, filings) Group, announced today changes in organizational responsibilities within Shanghai NTT Telecommunications Engineering Co., Ltd.

Ichiro Yamauchi, currently the Representative of Shanghai NTT Telecommunications Engineering Co., Ltd., will be newly appointed as the Director of the Technology and Operations, Managed Services as of April 1, 2015.

Also, Yanmin Jin will become the Representative at Shanghai NTT Telecommunications Engineering Co., Ltd. as of April 1, 2015.
