ROCHESTER, N.Y. – Allworx Corp., a Windstream (NYSE:WIN, news, filings) company, announced today it has been awarded 2015 Best Channel Vendor in the VoIP category by Business Solutions magazine. This marks the fifth time that Allworx has claimed this distinction. Of the 45 companies evaluated in the VoIP category, Allworx was one of two companies to receive this award and represents the top 5 percent of the vendors evaluated.
Business Solutions magazine partnered with Penn State University to field a national web-based survey among 2,921 VARs, MSPs, and ISVs, asking them to rate their vendor partners across seven attributes: Service/Support, Channel Friendly, Channel Program, Product Features, Product Reliability, Product Innovation, and Adequate VAR Margins.
“We are honored to be recognized by our channel partners because without them, we wouldn’t be here today,” said Chris Hasenauer, vice president and general manager of Allworx. “We rely on our network of channel partners to deliver great service experience for our end-users. Their feedback is the guiding principle for everything that we do. We are committed to introducing more innovative products and programs to make them even more successful in 2015.”
The complete list of 2015 Best Channel Vendors is featured in the January 2015 issue of Business Solutions magazine.
