New Head of TelePacific Dallas Sales Brings Practical Experience to the Job

It’s not surprising that Chris House isn’t afraid to get his hands dirty when it comes to working with customers looking to benefit from TelePacific’s broad range of business communications solutions. He started his telecom career installing business communications systems for Dallas clients and found that the conversations he had with customers while he was running cables and installing equipment were a natural fit for his personality and interests. He moved from the service world to the sales environment but the conversations – and understanding of how critical business communications were to his customers – didn’t miss a beat.

“I love taking technology and making it simple for my clients,” House says. “TelePacific’s huge product set could be pretty daunting, but we’ve organized it around the three main needs business customers have for connectivity, the cloud and continuity. We call those the 3Cs and I work to translate all of our technology and services into individualized solutions that let customers focus on growing their businesses.”

TelePacific’s aggressive growth across Texas has created expanded business opportunities and that’s particularly evident in the red hot Dallas business environment. In response, the company is focused on growing its local talent and sales resources to ensure that the customer service and individualized attention that’s powered more than 50 straight quarters of TelePacific growth keep the momentum surging.

“Dallas is as high-powered and polished a business environment as you’ll find anywhere,” says House, “but that doesn’t mean businesses are willing to settle for impersonal, check-the-box service. Dallas businesses are incredibly demanding and want responsiveness, accountability and local understanding.”

The booming local economy offers tremendous opportunity for TelePacific’s comprehensive suite of connectivity, cloud and continuity solutions. The company is looking for Texas to provide high-octane fuel to a growth engine driven by the needs of business customers for integrated, value-driven communications solutions for voice, data and Internet communications.

“We’ve succeeded because we understand that our customers want communications solutions that are fitted to their unique business needs,” says Brad Mitchell, President of TelePacific Texas. “Chris understands Dallas business like a native – which, of course, he is. There’s nothing he likes more (except for the Cowboys, of course) than bringing our customers solutions that come with one point of contact, one bill, one provider and guaranteed performance. ”

During the past year, the company has opened new offices in Richardson, Fort Worth, San Antonio, Austin, Corpus Christi and Houston that reflect the tremendous demand for TelePacific’s communications solutions from the small, medium and enterprise (SME) businesses that are the company’s sole focus.

TelePacific Communications is located at 740 East Campbell Rd. Ste. 920, Richardson, TX 75081. For general information about TelePacific’s products and services call 972-354-4413.
