Interoute expands ITIL ICT Service Management industry best practice certification
London, 2 December, 2014 – Interoute, owner operator of Europe’s largest cloud services platform, has expanded ISO 20000 certification across their European Operations Centres and Data Centre Operations. Interoute successfully completed the expansion of ISO 20000 to the Sofia Operations Centre and Data Centre Operations in London and Paris. The scope of the ICT Service Management now covers Data Centre Operations in Amsterdam, Berlin, Geneva, London and Paris with integrated quality service management control through Interoute European Operations Centres (Prague and Sofia).
