Evaluation for the report was based on vendors’ completeness of vision, including market understanding, market strategy, sales strategy, business model, vertical/industry strategy, geographic strategy, offering strategy and innovation. The Magic Quadrant also assesses ability to execute, which includes product or service, sales execution/pricing, market responsiveness/record, marketing execution, overall viability and customer experience.

Gartner analysts To Chee Eng, Arup Roy, Vincent Fu, and Kenshi Tazaki authored the Magic Quadrant for Cloud-Enabled Managed Hosting, Asia Pacific, report, published on Dec. 10, 2014. CenturyLink was recognized in the Magic Quadrant for Cloud-Enabled Managed Hosting, Europe, a report published on July 9, 2014, as well as the Magic Quadrant for Cloud Infrastructure as a Service, a global report published May 28, 2014.
