(NYSE:CTL, news, filings) yesterday was awarded ATLANTIC-ACM’s 2014 Metro Wholesale Service Provider Excellence Awards in the ILEC division for Brand, Sales Reps, Provisioning, Billing, and Customer Service at this year’s COMPTEL Plus Trade Show in Dallas. This is the ninth consecutive year CenturyLink has been recognized by their customers through ATLANTIC-ACM research.
The awards are based on extensive customer surveys conducted by ATLANTIC-ACM and derived from more than 1,800 individual ratings of metro service providers by their wholesale customers.
