[London, UK, August 19, 2014]: Huawei Tech. Investment Co., Limited and Huawei Technologies Coöperatief U.A. (the “Companies”)，material subsidiaries of Huawei Technologies Co., Ltd., (“Huawei”) today announced the successful signing of USD1.6 Billion 5+1+1-year revolving credit facilities (the “Facilities”). This marks Huawei’s first syndicated facility that comes chiefly from European banks.

We’ve helped people around the world to bridge the digital divide and enter the network and information societies. Now, Huawei is acting as an enabler of the information society!

The Facilities were fully underwritten and arranged by the Mandated Lead Arrangers and Bookrunners, including Banco Bilbao Vizcaya Argentaria, S.A., BNP Paribas, Citigroup Global Markets Limited, DBS Bank Ltd., Deutsche Bank Luxembourg S.A., HSBC Bank plc, ING Bank N.V., Standard Chartered Bank, The Royal Bank of Scotland plc, Hong Kong Branch.
