DocuSign initially approached Integra for voice services capable of keeping pace with its needs after experiencing lost calls and missed opportunities. Integra acted quickly to bring new voice services online and worked with DocuSign’s network leadership to identify other areas where Integra’s broad range of services could support the company’s growth. This collaboration quickly produced a new IP/MPLS VPN network architecture, and Integra connected DocuSign offices in Seattle, San Francisco and Chicago through the integrated network. Integra also provided a 1 Gbps circuit to support DocuSign’s cloud infrastructure with dependable quality of service.
