Communicate, Organize, Share and Locate Those Who Matter Most with Sprint Framily Wall

A private social media space to keep connected with family and friends

CHICAGO (BUSINESS WIRE), June 23, 2014 – To help mobile users better organize, communicate and share information with those who matter most, Sprint (NYSE:S, news, filings) is launching Sprint Framily Wallsm, a private and secure social media space for customers to connect.

Sprint is the first national wireless carrier to provide a private social media space for consumers to connect to the people and things that matter most to them. Sprint Framily Wall is available at no additional charge to Framily Plan customers or existing Sprint customers. At launch, the application will be available in Google Play and Sprint Zone for Android users. Sprint Framily Wall is expected to be available soon for the iPhone, iPad, Android Tablet, Windows Phone and the Web.

Key features of Sprint Framily Wall:

  • Communicate – send messages, pictures, video and audio privately to one or several members of your Wall
  • Organize – share calendars, lists, contacts and more with an easy planning tracker
  • Remember – keep best memories in a sharable album
  • Locate – share phone locations and view others when they check in

With Sprint Framily Wall, customers can create multiple private Walls to communicate with separate groups, such as family, friends, co-workers, teams and clubs. Each Wall is separate and private; the Wall administrator decides who is invited, and all the shared content is Wall specific. Friends and family on any wireless carrier can download and join a Sprint Framily Wall when invited by the administrator.

Sprint Framily Plan

In January, Sprint launched its revolutionary Sprint Framily Plan. With the Sprint Framily Plan, new and existing customers and small business customers can decide who they want to be a part of their Framily group. The more people added to the group, up to 10 phone lines, the greater the savings for everyone on the plan.

With the Sprint Framily Plan, customers can get unlimited talk, text and data for as little as $45 per month. All members of the group can customize their plan to meet their unique needs. Each Framily member can choose the amount of data they need including unlimited, 3GB or 1GB. Plan members can share the savings, without the hassle of sharing a bill. Each account can be billed separately and there are no annual service contracts or early termination fees. No credit check options also are available.
