QTS Accepted for FedRAMP Authorization Process

QTS is pleased to announce that our documentation has demonstrated that we are ready for the FedRAMP authorization process. We have been officially approved) to have our kickoff meeting scheduled with FedRAMP Joint Authorization Board (JAB).

The Federal Risk and Authorization Management Program (FedRAMP) is a government program that provides a standardized approach to security assessment, authorization, and continuous monitoring for cloud products and services. Adding FedRAMP authorization to our list of credentials will give our federal customers validation that QTS’ IaaS meets national standards for security. QTS Federal Cloud platform provides the security and performance needs for government agencies’ mission-critical applications.

Only a small number of providers are accepted for the authorization process, so this is a significant milestone for QTS as an infrastructure as a service (IaaS) provider.
