Sets Date for Annual Meeting of Stockholders
Cyan (NYSE: CYNI), a leading provider of software-defined networking and packet-optical solutions for network operators, today announced that it will release its financial results for its first quarter ended March 31, 2014 after the U.S. markets close on Tuesday, May 6, 2014. Company management will host a conference call to discuss the results that day at 2:00 p.m. Pacific time.

ANNUAL MEETING OF STOCKHOLDERS
Additionally, Cyan announced updated timing for its 2014 annual meeting of stockholders. As rescheduled, the 2014 annual meeting will be held on Thursday, May 22, 2014 at 3:00 p.m. Pacific time at the company’s principal offices at 1383 N. McDowell Blvd., Petaluma, CA. Cyan expects to mail a proxy statement and related materials to stockholders beginning on or about April 10, 2014. The record date for determining eligibility to vote at the 2014 annual meeting is April 7, 2014.
