Denver, CO – March 6, 2014 – CoreSite Realty Corporation (NYSE:COR, news, filings), a provider of secure, reliable, high-performance data center solutions, today announced that its Board of Directors declared a cash dividend of $0.35 per share on common stock and common stock equivalents for the first quarter of 2014. The first-quarter common stock dividend will be paid on April 15, 2014, to shareholders of record on March 31, 2014.
CoreSite’s Board of Directors also declared a cash dividend of $0.4531 per share of Series A Cumulative Redeemable Preferred Stock. The preferred share dividend will be paid on April 15, 2014, to shareholders of record on March 31, 2014.
