Irvin oversees the sales team that supports small and midsized business customers with bundled voice, data and Internet connectivity solutions, cloud products and outsourced IT support.
Irvin, most recently a sales executive at Time Warner Cable, Inc., is responsible for CenturyLink’s revenue growth in the small and midsized business segment. Irvin sets sales strategies to expand relationships with current customers and attract new customers by delivering business-friendly solutions bundles, including the recently launched Managed Office, a user friendly, fully managed IT services, cloud and communications network bundle delivered with an enhanced customer care model featuring product managers who coordinate customer installations and training.

Irvin earned a bachelor’s degree in information systems from the University of Cincinnati in Cincinnati, Ohio. He is located in Denver.
