At the core of Bandwidth’s solution are intuitive tools and APIs, along with the company’s Unified Communications (UC) Voice Service. UC Voice is a private label SIP solution that uses the same network powering leading brands like Google, Skype and Ring Central. Offered on a per-seat basis, UC providers are able to easily add voice into their unified communications suite of services without having to directly manage the complexities of telecom.
Working with Bandwidth, ArrowS3’s SynapS3 ucCloud division now offers an array of technologies including VoIP, unified messaging, unified multimedia conferencing and collaboration, contact center, mobility and desktop integration.
