TelePacific HPBX customers now have the ability to add affordable Voicemail-Only and Voicemail-Only extension seats that create a general mailbox that can be checked by multiple people. This is perfect for businesses like realtors fielding initial contact inquiries or medical offices answering after hour calls.
Customers can now use Analog Telephone Adapters (ATAs) from Cisco with any of their basic, advanced or executive HPBX seats. These expand the flexibility of TelePacific’s HPBX solution by allowing customers to make full use of their existing analog equipment ATAs connect customer equipment like cordless phones, conference phones, overhead pagers and some door control systems to the HPBX system by adding traditional RJ-11 phone jacks.
Following that same goal of expanding the flexibility and ability of customers to tailor their HPBX to their exact needs, TelePacific now offers extension microphones and external power sources that don’t depend on Power over Ethernet (PoE) for the Polycom IP 6000 Conference phones that are part of many TelePacific HPBX installations.
