Common Stock Dividend
Digital Realty’s Board of Directors authorized a quarterly common stock dividend of $0.78 per share to common stockholders of record as of the close of business on December 13, 2013. The common stock dividend will be paid on January 15, 2014.
Series E Cumulative Redeemable Preferred Stock Dividend
The Company’s Board of Directors authorized a preferred stock dividend of $0.43750 per share to holders of record of the Company’s 7.000% Series E Cumulative Redeemable Preferred Stock as of the close of business on December 13, 2013. The Series E Cumulative Redeemable Preferred Stock dividend will be paid on December 31, 2013.
Series F Cumulative Redeemable Preferred Stock Dividend
The Company’s Board of Directors authorized a preferred stock dividend of $0.414063 per share to holders of record of the Company’s 6.625% Series F Cumulative Redeemable Preferred Stock as of the close of business on December 13, 2013. The Series F Cumulative Redeemable Preferred Stock dividend will be paid on December 31, 2013.
Series G Cumulative Redeemable Preferred Stock Dividend
The Company’s Board of Directors authorized a preferred stock dividend of $0.367188 per share to holders of record of the Company’s 5.875% Series G Cumulative Redeemable Preferred Stock as of the close of business on December 13, 2013. The Series G Cumulative Redeemable Preferred Stock dividend will be paid on December 31, 2013.
