Channel Veteran Joins TelePacific Texas Team

TelePacific Communications, the leading business communications carrier that acquired Tel West in late 2011 and fully brought that company under its brand this year, continues to up its game and make waves in the Texas telecom market. A prime focus for the company is continuing investment in a rapidly expanding Telepartner program that works to support Channel sales. The latest addition to that high profile effort is new Agent Manager Lindsey Traina, who comes to TelePacific from Cbeyond, where she spent the last six years building deep and strong relationships across the entire partner community.

“I’m excited to have this chance to bring partners the full value of TelePacific’s remarkably broad and powerful set of offerings,” Traina says. “I love working with the Channel and this was an opportunity to really deepen those relationships and bring more value there. I’ve spent my entire working career focused on partners who serve the small and medium sized business market here in my home town and state and see this as a significant way for me to help them grow.”

TelePacific is investing in both people and real estate as it focuses on weaving itself deep into the Texas business community. Recent new office expansions in Corpus Christi, Richardson and Fort Worth are being coupled with significant new hires.

“TelePacific’s committed to the Channel,” says Senior Vice President Ken Bisnoff. “We’ve built up our credibility and performance with California agents with our Telepartner Program support and it generates nearly 40% of our revenue, so this is a clear and consistent imperative for us. It’s exciting to now build that same kind of support structure and growth opportunity in Texas.”

The opportunity that TelePacific sees in the growing Texas SMB business market comes as they increasingly turn to communications solutions for voice, data and Internet communications that are centered on the three “C”s of Connect, Cloud and Continuity. TelePacific’s broad and deep products and services portfolio allows it to tailor solutions that meet today’s individual business needs and allow for future growth and evolution.

“Telecom is complicated but doing business with us isn’t,” says Philip Ross, President of TelePacific Texas. “We can provide customized, easy to implement solutions that come with one point of contact, one bill and one provider. Even more importantly, we’ve grown because we’ve stay true to a small company service ethic even though we’re a large company. We’re built around people who know their communities, customers and needs. Lindsey exemplifies that service mind-set and we’re very fortunate to have her join the TelePacific team.”
