Praxair Colombia Selects Level 3 to Enhance Operational Efficiency and Security

BOGOTA, Colombia, Sept. 4, 2013 /PRNewswire/ — Level 3 Communications, Inc. (NYSE:LVLT, news, filings) today announced that it has signed an agreement with Praxair Colombia, a regional subsidiary of Praxair, Inc, one of the largest industrial gas companies in the world. The new agreement expands Level 3’s existing relationship with the company, adding a range of telecommunications services that enhance Praxair Colombia’s operational efficiency and security, supporting its continued development of innovative products and services that meet its customers’ needs.

A regional leader in industrial and medical gases, Praxair Colombia has selected Level 3 as its provider for IP telephony, dedicated Internet access (DIA), managed security and data center services, enhancing network connectivity and security throughout all of its national locations.
