The ATLANTIC-ACM 2013 U.S. Metro Wholesale Carrier Report Card, based on customer survey results, shows CenturyLink Wholesale rated best-in-class for its customer service, sales representatives, provisioning, billing and data value. This is the 8th consecutive year that CenturyLink has been honored by ATLANTIC-ACM with Best-in-Class awards.
