LITTLE ROCK, Ark. – Windstream Corp.’s (NYSE:WIN, news, filings) board of directors today declared a quarterly dividend of 25-cents per share on the company’s common stock.
The dividend is payable Oct. 15, 2013, to stockholders of record as of Sept. 30, 2013.
