SEATTLE, July 15, 2013 /PRNewswire-iReach/ — Wow Technologies, Inc. (Wowrack), a global provider of hybrid managed cloud hosting solutions and colocation services, announced today the expansion of their data center in Seattle. The Phase 3 build out, located in Sabey’s Intergate West building in Tukwila, will provide an additional 11,000 square feet of data center space with a 250 rack capacity.
Set for completion in January, 2014, the expansion will increase Wowrack’s total SOC-1/SSAE16 Type II data center in Seattle to 18,000 square feet; allowing Wowrack to further expand on services such as private, corporate, public and managed cloud infrastructure and colocation; with onsite support 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
The carrier neutral facility will have a total of 3MW of power capacity with 2N and N+1 UPS redundancies and N+1 cooling redundancies. “Wowrack continues to attract clients who require world-class data center space,” stated Erward Oskar, Managing Partner, Wowrack. “This expansion allows us to continue to provide even more competitive pricing and hosting options for both our existing and prospective clients.”
