Fibertech Networks Sweeps Top Honors for Eighth Consecutive Year in Industry-Wide Customer Survey

Awarded Highest Marks for Service and Operations


For the eighth consecutive year, Fibertech Networks received the highest service and operations honors in an industry-wide survey conducted by Boston-based research and consulting firm ATLANTIC-ACM.

At a reception at the Yale Club of New York on June 26, Fibertech was recognized among the Mid-sized and Under Service Providers group with first place awards in all seven categories it was eligible for:

  • Brand (Perception of the carrier’s corporate image)
  • Sales Representatives (Professionalism/Integrity/Technical Expertise and Proactive/Consultative Selling)
  • Provisioning (perception of each carrier’s ability to meet contracted dates of installation)
  • Network Performance (perception of each carrier’s network performance based on their network’s quality, availability and uptime)
  • Billing (perception of each carrier’s billing systems based on their billing accuracy and dispute resolution)
  • Customer Service (Technical Skills/Ability to Solve Problems and Courtesy/Professionalism)
  • Data Value (combines the product quality and price competitiveness ratings of a carrier’s data products)

“This marks the eighth consecutive year we’ve been recognized with these high marks by our customers which is something we strive diligently for throughout the year to attain. The 2013 Business Connectivity Report Card, conducted by ATLANTIC-ACM,is widely regarded as the broadest benchmarking tool in business telecommunications. The survey generated nearly 5,000 carrier ratings from over 1,500 individual buyers.
