Technology Demonstrations at Juniper Networks Booth No. 106
Juniper Networks experts will be on site to show how the OpenFlow programmable network protocol has been implemented throughout the product portfolio. Juniper will demonstrate three products, including:
- OpenFlow demo on Juniper Networks® EX9200 programmable switch. Juniper will show the EX9200 acting as a hybrid switch providing OpenFlow support and regular Network Access Control (NAC) over a Layer 2 or MPLS infrastructure. The demo validates a NAC use case for centralized authentication and granular control over the network using OpenFlow.
- A multi-tenant cloud demo using a hybrid controller acquired through Contrail Systems that allows customers to manage virtual networks. The typical work flow for a multi-tenant cloud operator includes creating virtual networks for a front-end web-tier, a back-end database-tier and a public network.
- JunosV App Engine virtualization demo showing mobile operator applications on Juniper networking hardware and X86 servers.
