Paris, April 30, 2013 – Alcatel-Lucent (Euronext Paris and NYSE: ALU) has made a tender offer for the purchase of certain of its outstanding notes and bonds, up to a maximum aggregate amount of EUR 750,000,000.
The bond and note tender offer follows Alcatel-Lucent closing a Euro 2 billion senior credit facility in January 2013, with the proceeds – received in Q1 – to be applied in the management of the company’s debt maturity, amongst other corporate purposes.
