Zayo Receives ACM Comptel Award for Wholesaler Excellence

LOUISVILLE, Colo. – March 13, 2013 – Zayo Group has been awarded the 2013 U.S. Long Haul Wholesale Carrier Report Card Award by ATLANTIC-ACM. The award is based on the 2013 edition of ATLANTIC-ACM’s U.S. Long Haul Wholesale Carrier Report Card, a series of ratings of telecommunications carriers by wholesale customers. Zayo won in the “Provisioning” category for superior performance in delivering new services to customers.

Zayo has grown its Long Haul network both organically and through acquisition, and now has a Long Haul network that connects its deep metro footprints across the U.S. and Europe. Zayo’s network reach enables delivery of its fiber-based services to customers in and out of large metropolitan areas including New York City and Washington, D.C., to smaller cities, like Spokane and Fargo.

“Zayo is focused on being the leading provider of Bandwidth Infrastructure services,” states David Howson, President of Zayo Sales and Customer Management. “Our extensive fiber network and the commitment of the Zayo team are reflected in this award.  We are honored to be recognized by our customers for our service.”

Atlantic-ACM presented Zayo with this award at COMPTEL PLUS in Las Vegas, Nev., on March 11.
