The ATIS Board of Directors is made up of CTO’s and other senior level executives representing all areas of the global ICT industry. The ATIS board members help define the industry’s most pressing business and technical issues that enable them to set ATIS’ strategic, technical and operational priorities.

Prior to Ceterus, Bill was President and CEO of Iris Labs, the Senior Manager of Sprint for 28 years, the CTO for Monterey Networks and Principal Technologist for the Core Optical Transport Business Unit for Cisco Systems.
