Tis’ the Season – Boost Mobile Celebrates “All-the-Days” this December

IRVINE, Calif. (BUSINESS WIRE), December 03, 2012 – This holiday season Boost Mobile, a leader in the no-contract wireless industry, wants to be sure that every holiday in December is heard. There’s more to December than Christmas, Kwanzaa and Hanukkah. In fact, there’s a holiday every day of the month; you can celebrate “Take it in the Ear Day” or “Pastry Day,” among others. So in true irreverent Boost Mobile fashion, each of these other holidays is getting a voice. To commemorate these special days Boost Mobile and agency of record 180LA have made 31 personalized, shareable festive carol e-cards for each of the holidays.

Each carol card features Santa and his elves with a unique carol of original music to celebrate days like “Chocolate Everything Day,” “Brown Shoes Day,” and “Wear a Plunger on your Head Day.” Anyone who shares a carol card will also receive a special promo code with an exclusive discount to be used at boostmobile.com. To check out all the carol cards and take part in “All-the-Days,” visit www.boostcarolcards.com.

“Why limit yourself to only celebrate on certain holidays when you can celebrate All-the-Days with Boost Mobile?” said Peiti Feng, director of brand strategy and marketing communications, Boost Mobile. “Similarly, why limit yourself to a wireless service that traps you in a two-year contract when you can have no-contract, nationwide unlimited service with Boost Mobile? Boost Mobile likes to celebrate the slightly dissimilar, yet positive moments of daily life with our customers, including shrinking payments and lemon cupcakes.”

“Boost Mobile has always given a voice to the underdog,” noted Dave Horton, creative director at 180LA. “So for the holidays we aren’t just celebrating Christmas and Hanukkah, we’re going to celebrate them all. We wrote 31 carols for the 31 holidays in December, each using a different genre of music.”

Boost Mobile offers no-contract1 wireless phones and service, including the $55 Android Monthly Unlimited plan with Shrinking Payments. For every six on-time payments, the cost of Boost Mobile’s Monthly Unlimited plan shrinks by $52, eventually getting down to as low as $40 a month for unlimited nationwide talk, text and picture messaging, Web3, email and calls to 411. Payments do not need to be consecutive to qualify for the next savings milestone.
