The “Working in the Clouds” Conference features several keynote speakers and two executive power panels, giving attendees an in-depth overview of the technology behind today’s “next-generation” data centers. The “DCIM Challenges and Opportunities” panel examines the growing costs associated with operating a data center, specifically focusing on energy and underlying operating expenditures. The afternoon panel, “Hurricane Sandy: A Discussion on Lessons Learned”, discusses what worked and what did not, challenges companies were faced with and what was learned from this experience. IT leaders from different industries will share their data center experiences from due diligence to deployment and solutions providers will offer examples of client objectives and services provided.
