Tulane University, located in New Orleans, is one of the most highly respected and selective independent research universities in the United States, with more than 13,000 undergraduate and graduate students. To ensure Tulane’s students, faculty and other employees have a seamless, uninterrupted and secure Internet experience, the university has signed a multi-year agreement with Level 3 for Dedicated Internet Access (DIA) and Ethernet Private Line (EPL) services to support its critical business continuity needs.
