Enventis offers expanded fiber network, services and customer support
MANKATO, Minn., Nov. 27, 2012 — Enventis, a subsidiary of HickoryTech (NASDAQ:HTCO, news, filings) announced today that IdeaOne Telecom has been rebranded as Enventis following its acquisition of the Fargo-based company earlier this year in a transaction valued at $28 million.
“As a long standing local service provider in the Fargo, Moorhead and West Fargo markets, I am excited to transition to Enventis and provide expanded services over a regional fiber network and extended technical support hours and expertise to better serve our customers,” said Bob Johnson, director of sales at Enventis. “Enventis has a strong commitment to Fargo and we are proud to be part of a company with a 114-year track record that has helped communities and businesses grow and prosper.”
A ribbon cutting and open house event to mark the rebranding will take place on Dec. 4 at 4 p.m. at the company’s Fargo office located at 3312 42nd Street South.
