DITCO Selects Global Telecom & Technology to Strengthen US Government’s Internal Network Infrastructure & Connectivity Services

MCLEAN, Va.–(BUSINESS WIRE)–

Global Telecom & Technology, Inc. (“GTT”) (GTLT), a global network operator delivering managed data services to enterprise, government and carrier customers in over 80 countries worldwide, today announced that the Defense Information Technology Contracting Organization (DITCO), the contracting arm of the Department of Defense (DoD)’s Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA) has awarded connectivity services to GTT in support of their internal network infrastructure.

Under the terms of the order by the U.S. Government Agency, GTT will provide private bandwidth solutions for the duration of these multi-year task orders. DITCO has purchased dedicated connectivity services to augment its network capabilities in the United States. These new task orders include multiple 10 Gigabit wavelengths to connect various sites in the Southwestern U.S. to the DISA Network.
