To enable this model SFN has constructed its own critical terrestrial link facilitating connectivity to multiple fibre providers on a competitive basis.
Diane Hodnett, Sea Fibre Networks’ CEO, said; “C-Fibre provides ultra-high-performance connectivity between Dublin and London or Manchester, while offering a geographically diverse central corridor in the Irish Sea. We further enhance the C-Fibre offering by being carrier-neutral, providing the customer with flexibility to select a route or third party provider bespoke to their needs.”
Eight out of ten global ICT firms have established their European HQs in Ireland and 10 ‘born on the internet’ companies have Irish bases that continue to expand their operations by building large-scale datacentres to host and support their businesses.
