Xand is currently expanding three of its data center facilities in New York, Connecticut andMassachusetts with more than six (6) megawatts of new power and 25,000 square feet of premium raised floor colocation and business continuity space under construction. Mr. Markley will oversee all of these projects, which are scheduled for completion in the third and fourth quarters of 2012.

Mr. Markley also served as President and COO of DSL.net, President of Covad Communications’ Eastern Region, vice-president and general manager for New England Fiber Communications (dba, Brooks Fiber Properties) and as district director for Advanced Radio Telecom. In addition, Mr. Markley is a former legislator, serving two terms in the New Hampshire House of Representatives.
