Prior to joining segTEL, Gaffney spent five years at Zayo Bandwidth (formerly American Fiber Systems) as Senior Director of Carrier Sales where he managed National Carrier Accounts. While at American Fiber Systems, Tim was awarded Presidents Club each year for achieving at least 125 % of Sales Quota. Tim has been successful in Carrier Sales since 1998 and has held Carrier Sales positions at both Global Crossing and Level 3.
