LOUISVILLE, Colo.– April 16, 2012 – Zayo Group announces today it has won the 2012 US Long Haul Wholesale Carrier Report Card Award by ATLANTIC-ACM. The Report Card Award is an impartial, market-wide customer feedback study of leading US long haul wholesale providers.
Since its inception, Zayo has grown its Long Haul network both organically and inorganically, most recently with the integration of the 360network 18,500 route mile network. Today, Zayo’s Long Haul network connects its deep metro footprints across the nation in markets such as Seattle, Denver, Las Vegas, Chicago, New York and Minneapolis. This combination allows unique add/drop locations for customers across the nation.
“Long Haul is an increasingly important part of our business,” states David Howson, President, Zayo Bandwidth. “Our extensive fiber network, and the quality of service by the Zayo team is reflected in the responses of this report, it’s an honor to be recognized by our customers for this service.”
The results of the 2012 US Long Haul Wholesale survey are based on over 1,200 individual carrier ratings of US Long Haul wholesale providers. ATLANTIC-ACM’s survey factors in elements such as brand, sale representatives, provisioning, network performance and customer service in the assessment by participating carriers. Atlantic-ACM presented Zayo with this award at COMPTEL PLUS in San Francisco, CA on April 16th immediately following the Keynote Address.
