The awards are based on more than 1,200 individual ratings of telecommunications carriers by their wholesale customers.  ATLANTIC-ACM analyzes and issues the results of their study in the annual edition of the ATLANTIC-ACM U.S. Wholesale Carrier Report Card.

“Level 3 has again distinguished itself in key scorecard categories that demonstrate differentiated value for their customers,” said Fedor Smith, president of ATLANTIC-ACM. “This reflects customers’ recognition and appreciation of the company’s focus on providing a robust and competitive voice and data services portfolio.”

“We’re pleased to receive this industry distinction and thank our customers for acknowledging our commitment to providing them the best possible customer experience in order to make Level 3 their preferred choice,” said Andrew Crouch, regional president of North America Sales for Level 3. “The fact that this recognition is coming from our customers makes these awards particularly meaningful.”

In February, Level 3 received ATLANTIC-ACM’s first ever Customer Choice awards as Best in Class for Operational Excellence Servicing Emerging Customers and Best in Class for Metro Data Services Servicing Emerging Customers, based on ATLANTIC-ACM’s Metro Carrier Report Card. Both awards are measures of customer satisfaction among customer verticals including content, cable, ISPs and System Integrators.
