ADVA FSP 150 Supports Mobile Data Growth with Complete Synchronization Solution
ADVA Optical Networking today launched its new Syncjack™ suite designed specifically to deliver precise timing synchronization and assurance across mobile backhaul networks. As mobile operators continue to migrate to 4G networks, it’s vital they have access to accurate timing sources while at the same time continuously monitoring service performance. Without this functionality, mobile operators may face significant network challenges and potential disruptions. Fully integrated into the FSP 150, Syncjack™ offers in one platform a complete synchronization solution for mobile backhaul networks, which includes the delivery and end-to-end quality assurance of timing information.

As mobile operators increasingly deploy 4G radio access technologies and depend on accurate delivery of frequency, phase and time-of-day synchronization, they are now seeking advanced solutions that not only deliver the required timing information accurately but also provide assurance regarding its availability.
