Albany, NY- segTEL, Inc., the premier provider of wholesale fiber optic telecommunications in the northeast, announces today that Edward Novak has been appointed as Director of Carrier Service Delivery. Novak is responsible for management and implementation of carrier network solutions throughout segTEL’s five state operating territory.

Novak’s most recent position was at Fibertower Corporation where he was employed for six years at the management level. He was responsible for coordinating offer management and carrier relations for a wireless customer base that included all six top national carriers. Prior to Fibertower he served for five years at Neon Communications (n/k/a Sidera Networks) where he was responsible for managing large network implementations for national carriers.
