TelePacific Names Top 10 Channel Partners, President’s Club Winners

Los Angeles, California – U.S. TelePacific Corp, which does business as TelePacific Communications (TelePacific), a nationwide communications and network services company, recently hosted a formal agent appreciation event in Long Beach, Calif. to recognize and celebrate the accomplishments of its Top 10 channel partners (Telepartners) in 2011.

TelePacific’s Top 10 agent partners include: (1) Sandler Partners; (2) PSI Network, Inc.; (3) Intelisys Communications; (4) Bridgepointe Technologies; (5) WTG; (6) Datatel Solutions Inc.; (7) Telesonic Voice and Data Solutions; (8) Telcombrokers; (9) Top Speed Data Communications; and (10) Network Consulting Group. Ranked based on their total revenue contribution during 2011, the top six partners qualified as President’s Club winners and were rewarded with an all-expenses paid trip to Banff, Alberta, Canada.

“Our entire community of loyal, top-selling agencies have consistently accounted for approximately 40 percent of TelePacific’s overall annual revenue,” says Ken Bisnoff, senior vice president of strategic opportunities at TelePacific. “The tens of hundreds of dedicated master and subagents selling products and services on our behalf are all doing a terrific job, and it was truly a pleasure to formally acknowledge the accomplishments of our top performers. Their efforts are a testament to the competitiveness of our services and the unmatched diligence of our pre- and post-sales agent support teams.”

During the event, President and CEO Dick Jalkut discussed ongoing enhancements and investments in TelePacific’s network and support processes to ensure that valued partners continue to have innovative solutions to sell and robust support to back them up. “We invested significant capital and human resources in 2011 to guarantee operational redundancy and bolster support systems and processes so our valued channel partners and their customers continue receiving the service they deserve as we move upmarket and expand into new markets in 2012,” said Jalkut. “Our acquisition of Tel West Network Services Corp. in Texas is a good example. That deal and related investments will enable our channel partners to deliver the quality services and support they’ve grown accustomed to from TelePacific in some of the fastest growing business markets in the country.”

David Zahn, vice president of marketing for TelePacific, held informal discussions with attending agents about the company’s efforts to further simplify order processing, launch enhanced product bundles and add new Technical Solutions Architects to make selling TelePacific’s products even easier for channel partners.
